WEDDING TRANSPORTATION ACROSS LOS ANGELES COUNTY
One plan for the couple, the wedding party and your guests.
A Los Angeles wedding usually has three groups on the move: the couple, the wedding party and the guests, often between a ceremony, a photo location and a reception across town. We plan the cars and the pickup times for all three, and your written quote lists every vehicle and every stop before you book.
We have driven Los Angeles weddings since 2005, with vintage cars and Rolls-Royces for the couple, stretch limousines for 8 to 12, Hummer H2 and Ford Excursion limousines for 14 to 22, party buses for 12 to 38 and a 56-passenger coach for guests.
Call (213) 928-3852 to talk to our reservation team, 24/7, or send the details in the form below. We send a written quote with the vehicle, the itinerary and the price before you book.
YOUR WEDDING DAY, STEP BY STEP
- Getting ready. The wedding party is picked up at home or at the hotel.
- The ceremony. The couple’s car and the wedding party’s limousine arrive on time, and the chauffeurs wait through the ceremony.
- Photos. Many couples stop for portraits on the way to the reception, with the car in the pictures.
- The reception. Everyone arrives together, and guest shuttles run between the hotels, the ceremony and the reception.
- The grand exit. The couple leaves in the car they arrived in, if it stays for the send-off.
Send us the time and the address of each step, and we plan the pickup times and the route with you.
THE RIGHT CAR FOR EACH PART OF THE DAY

For the wedding party
A stretch limousine for 8 to 12, from $199 per hour, or a Hummer H2 or Ford Excursion limousine for 14 to 22, from $229 per hour.
For your guests

PLANNING A WEDDING IN LOS ANGELES
Distance between venues
A ceremony in Pasadena and a reception in Santa Monica can be a long drive on a Saturday afternoon. Send both addresses early so the timeline leaves room for traffic.
Venue rules
Some venues set a drop-off point or a time window for vehicles. Send us the venue’s instructions and your chauffeur will follow them.
How long to book
Weddings are usually booked as a 6-hour package that covers the ceremony, the photos and the reception arrival. Add time if the car stays for the grand exit.
